* Changed your mind & purchased online?

Returns are accepted even if you simply change your mind. You must notify us of an intention to return within 14 days of delivery made.

The item upon arriving back in its original sent out state complete with labels attached, will be refunded within 14 days, minus any postage costs. We do not refund postage and the cost of returning is down to you.

Embroidered, personalised or specially ordered in for you items are non refundable.

Return acknowledgment to be made within 14 days from dispatch.

I brought in the shop

No problem, returns are accepted within 14 days if in original packaging, unused and with receipt.

My order hasn't arrived

Tracking will be checked and if it is deemed lost, you have 30 days from delivery made date or order made, to report a missing item. In accordance with the consumer law act 2015.
